Electrical Data Cable Winching (EDCW) was founded in the early 1990s by Paul Gilligan, who’s bringing over 50 years of experience in the electrical and construction trades. From day one, Paul’s focus was on creating a business that is dedicated solely to cable winching and installation, combining expertise with practical, on-site know-how.

In 2025, Paul began transitioning towards retirement, and Geva Goren took the reins. With a strong background in the construction trade and project management, Geva brings fresh ideas while maintaining the core values that have defined EDCW for decades.
